The Gun Wire

I do enjoy reading the articles posted on The Gun Wire but that damn, every 30 seconds (or whatever it is) auto refresh drives me bonkers! (and drives away from the site)

Is there a way to turn it off?

The Drudge Report has the same thing, but may not do it as often. I think it is locked into their website wares and not the viewers.
